Heads up! *instinctools is looking for a candidate on position of a Sales Manager (Sales Development Representative) to work as a part of our professional team! You will have to work with our office in Germany and solve new challenges!

- Researching accounts to identify key players and generate interest
- Sourcing new sales opportunities via inbound leads and outbound qualified cold calls and emails

- Partnering with other channels to build a pipeline and close deals
- Building the bridge between our Lead generation Team and sales Executives
- Routing qualified opportunities to sales executives for further development and closure
- Keeping a high pace of activity (calls and emails) to ensure the steady flow of meetings
What we expect from our ideal candidate:
- Speaking German C1+, Speaking English B1+
- Having knowledge of the IT sector
- Proven inside sales (SDR) experience
- Track record of achieving quota
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Experience working with CRM
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
