Sales Manager

Heads up! *instinctools is looking for a candidate on position of a Sales Manager (Sales Development Representative) to work as a part of our professional team! You will have to work with our office in Germany and solve new challenges!

It’s worth joining us if you’re interested in:

  • Researching companies and executives and producing valid business propositions that match their needs
  • Researching accounts to identify key players and generate interest
  • Sourcing new sales opportunities via inbound leads and outbound qualified cold calls and emails
  • Maintaining a constantly expanding database of prospects within one’s assigned territory
  • Partnering with other channels to build a pipeline and close deals
  • Building the bridge between our Lead generation Team and sales Executives
  • Routing qualified opportunities to sales executives for further development and closure
  • Keeping a high pace of activity (calls and emails) to ensure the steady flow of meetings

What we expect from our ideal candidate:

  • Speaking German C1+, Speaking English B1+
  • Having knowledge of the IT sector
  • Proven inside sales (SDR) experience
  • Track record of achieving quota
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Experience working with CRM
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • High energy
  • Passion for all things Digital
