Heads up! *instinctools is looking for a candidate on position of a Account Manager to work as a part of our professional team and solve new challenges!
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships at senior level with key accounts;
- Develop a deep understanding of client’s business goals;
- Manage communication flow with major stakeholders;
- Monitor client satisfaction, collecting both – informal & structured feedbacks.
- Provide leadership to the dev team of up to 20+ members;
- Present client vision to the delivery team and vice versa;
- Identify decision makers and opportunities for account growth;
- Provide leadership to the client at key points during the delivery.
What we expect:
- Fluent English ( both spoken and written); Upper Intermediate or Advanced knowledge of German will be a huge plus.
- 3+ years of experience in the role of IT Account Manager or respective roles (E.g. Sales Manager, Client Relationship Manager, Project Manager)
- Great motivation to grow as Account Manager;
- Good analytical skills, attention to details, ability to manage large volumes of information;
- Ability to manage effectively ups & downs;
- Strong communication skills, accountability & responsiveness;
- Work in various projects and domains;
