This demands the revision of our approaches in customer business relations and testing or inventing some new ones, emphasizing our competitive advantages. The goal is to demonstrate solid expertise and client value delivery as a team of ambitious professionals with innovative and experienced visions.

Qualifications:

  • minimum of 5+ years of experience in business analysis or related field
    in-depth knowledge of any technical or business domain
  • experienced in pre-sale and discovery phases
  • upper-intermediate English

  • ability to explain and present things of various complexity to a various audience
  • ability to stay effective while being remote and autonomous

  • ability to defend own decisions, proactively offer solutions to both business and teams

 Be able to:

  • to work with the flow of information in a changing information space;
  • to respond promptly to the development of new business ideas

Responsibilities:

  • support the presale team with relevant BA activities
  • setup initial customer rapport and promote our company and team in a professional manner
  • business needs and business requirements elicitation/validation
  • raw scope estimation activities with the customer and the pre-sale team
  • Initiate projects and assistance in transferring them to the project team
  • Improve company-wide BA methodologies relevant to early presale
  • responsible for your scope of work on production projects
  • additional and beyond standard expectations analysis for process optimization in-company and in-projects
  • knowledge sharing provision among colleagues and team-mates by default
